It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . Modern beautifull house just across the street from the beach, nice restaurants and 4 mins with the car to Ponta Delgada center. Nice walking area with street gym and places to swim. Nice view to the ocean, super market 50 metres away, bus stop, post office, farmacy and butcher. Free parking around or in the garage. There's a coffee and some locals around.
