Arriving is already an experience: a short trail (100m) takes you to this paradise with a private hot tub, sauna and deck. If you feel like a dip, the Alambari River is right there! With a spectacular view of the mountains of Serra da Mantiqueira, our refuge was designed to take full advantage of the beautiful scenery that surrounds it. Located on top of a mountain with a 360-degree view, including the peak of Agulhas Negras, the house offers total comfort and privacy for moments of relaxation next to untouched nature, with access to the property's waterfall and a semi-wet wood-burning sauna with a surprising view.

Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
