Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sarasota Beach

Richard is very responsive and the place is very clean. Close to restaurants and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend Richard’s place.

The house was very clean. Backyard is amazing. I loved the privacy. Felt very safe. Close to everything by car. Amy was always available when I needed. Loved her recommendations. Best one was the OysterBar at the pier. My kids loved the crab legs. Drove to Disney and came back at night with no problem. I really loved the house. We will definitely be back. Thank you Amy.

We stayed 7 weeks and felt right at home from the minute we opened the front door. Communication was immediate and courteous. And we texted even before our arrival, so NO surprises. Very well stocked (towels etc) with plenty of starter supplies. Both bathes stocked (shampoo, conditioners & body wash). Laundry products, t-paper, after sun, band-aids, 1st aid etc. Nice blender that I used daily for my smoothies. Beds and furniture very comfortable and clean. Best home away from home for us! Our stay at Canal & Sunset Views was FIRST RATE all the way! The hosts responded clearly and quickly and even implemented safety grab bars and a shower transfer chair for our adult wheelchair bound son's 50th Birthday Vacation. They responded to our many inquiries and requests and made the entire stay PHENOMENAL! We loved having so much space to play games, watch movies, cook meals and we really enjoyed the large efficient kitchen & pantry areas. The screened lanai area was huge with lovely peaceful views of the canal and sunsets making the BnB aptly named. Having a large new grill is another great plus. The entire home was newly and beautifully furnished; the space is cozy, the beds are comfortable and best of all everything was IMMACULTELY CLEAN! Having a washer & dryer with all the soaps provided was very convenient and the huge master suite with double shower & closet it's own entrance to the lanai was PERFECT! Can't wait to stay there again!!

This home is beautiful and was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you need. We used the grill quite a bit and it was a really nice, clean grill. Washer and dryer looked new and so did the huge sectional couch in the living room. We really appreciated the colorful towels instead of the dingy white "hotel" towels you find in most Airbnb's. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had nice size closets. The master bedroom could use a dresser as there wasn't anywhere to set anything or put your clothes in drawers. Outside is a big lanai that you go right from the home into. The pool was great! It was so warm while we were there we only turned on the pool heater a couple of times. Backyard is very private with a tall privacy fence enclosing the entire yard. My Labrador Retriever loved it! The Peloton bike in the garage was a bonus for my friend who used it almost everyday! Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Close to groceries, Walmart, shopping and tons of restaurants. Great place!

This cozy house had all the amenities of "home." This was a nice relaxing spot to relax and enjoy especially after the stress and hardwork of selling & packing up your house. My family really enjoyed some down time in this more than big enough house for us. I loved how the floorplan was so open with all the main living areas flowing together. This newer & modern house has everything you need to cook a nice meal or if you choose there are so many restaurants and stores nearby. The host is also very responsive and understanding. My dog enjoyed walks around the quiet neighborhood. The comfortable king mattress was Heaven. Hard to get out of it 😊. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a place that feels more like a home than a hotel. Oh, and I found out while there that it will soon have a fenced-in yard! So, perfect for the furbabies to enjoy. I only wished my stay-dates were during the fence-time. All-in-all, my family enjoyed this house and are happy with our stay here 🙂

Willman's home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and most of all it felt like home. I felt very safe in this beautiful neighborhood. It was close to the Conference Center where we were attending meetings all week. I really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. We have stayed in many homes but "The Fountain" tops them all! The host Willman was very attentive to our needs. You can't go wrong renting this home.

We had a really nice stay at Donald’s place. It was roomy, updated and a master bathroom shower to die for. He even left us cookies/candy and money for Publix..! Who does that? So far in my travels only Donald. I would definitely stay here again.

"Stayed here for a vacation and it was just right. The place was quiet, clean, and felt very private. Check-in was super easy, and I didn’t need to contact the hosts at all, which I appreciated. The AC worked well, and the house, while on the smaller side, had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous—great for morning walks. There were even some basics in the fridge, which was a nice touch. I also liked the subtle marine-themed add-ons throughout the space—they gave it a cozy, coastal vibe. For the price, it was a great stay with no complaints

Very nice little place to stay. Perfect for me and my pup. The fenced in yard was great!! Very clean and orderly. The bed was comfy and had all the listed amenities. It was cool at night 65 degrees or less so the temp was fine in the stay but there is no temperature control in the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but no AC or heat control. Just be aware of this if you book but I was never uncomfortable. The area was very peaceful in a neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

Great Pass-a-grille location, just steps to beach access and food.

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

Loved visiting Pass-a-Grille and Maryann’s place! Everyone was so nice and even held a rooftop Happy Hour just for us one night. Great spot to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful beach! See you next time!

We were very pleased with our bradenton florida vacation! Jolien and Tobi made us feel very welcome and we settled right in so easily—comfortable king size bed, washer/dryer, easy sunny kitchen, nice dishwasher, and beach chairs—-(even a fountain view)—truly hated to leave!

Wonderful host, highly recommend staying here.

Jeanne’s place was a wonderful place to relax at the end of our vacation. The bedroom/bathroom was very private. It was a great mix of privacy and social all together. The pool was amazing and also private if we wanted! They had excellent restaurant recommendations and we would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane's hospitality is an 11 out of 10... don't pass up on breakfast and just sit an enjoy the company, the birds, and the view! We were only in the area for a one-night stay but were able to enjoy two local restaurants and grab a coffee from a local coffee shop before heading to our next destination. Our next visit to Matlacha will be a longer stay!

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!

We were so please with our stay at the Hibiscus House-Turtle Room. Very quaint and walkable to do many things. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Myers ! 🥰

Beautiful place steps from beach, the balcony area is so relaxing and happy hour on roof is a added bonus. All the staff was wonderful as well

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

Geena's place is truly a hidden gem. Peaceful, clean, comfortable, private. Geena is an amazing, accommodating and thoughtful host. Lots of goodies already in the room, same with bathroom toiletries. Bed was so comfy, water temp and pressure in shower amazing. 5 stars for the place and 6 stars for the host. Would most definitely recommend! P.S. Try Geena's cookies and milkshakes!
