Cottage holiday rentals in Sarasota Beach

This place was wonderful! And so are the hosts! So beautiful, very clean, well stocked & well appointed home. I SOOO VERY MUCH LOVED staying here. You can be sure that you will be well tended to AND have your own private space. Plenty of room. Dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, towels, washer/dryer…everything you need! I can’t say enough about how accommodating & kind the owners are from afar & just how great this place is. Thank you, Andrea and Jennifer!

House is very nice and comfortable in great location on the island. Location was outstanding few steps from the beach less than five minutes walk beach furniture are not enough for the number of people so plan ahead how you’re gonna get beach furniture from Goodwill or people who are already leaving. It’s very convenient to be close from anywhere on the island And there are restaurants and gift shops five minutes walking from there. Kitchen was great and very well equipped the pool and the hot tub was amazing. Furniture overall was very comfortable but if you use special pillows bring it with you. The isolated room is a great plus but two rooms have no privacy at all and one of the bathrooms doesn’t even lock They take the number of people in the house very seriously so if u have friends with u in the trip but not staying in the same house don’t invite them over. Cheryl was a good communicator even after check out. Love Anna Maria and will be back soon

We had the best time - it was everything we could've wanted in a rental! This was our first time staying in Holmes Beach and we loved it. The house is close to everything in town. We used and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that Craig provides - the golf cart (a must!), beach cruisers, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool, hot tub and hammock were also a highlight for us. We can't wait to come back!

All New inside all linens, furniture, floors, impeccable, and perfectly decorated for this island-feel. Great location-3 min walk to the beach entrance, and a couple blocks from golf cart/bike rentals, liquor, store, Café and the causeway. The property management was easily accessible.

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

From the moment we arrived at this top-rated “Quaint Cottage,” we knew we’d found something special. This charming retreat sets the bar for excellent stays. Inside, every detail felt outstanding—from the freshly laundered linens and plush towels to the fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Madeline’s communication was first-class, offering clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that turned our weekend into a seamless escape. Every little touch—from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the thoughtful supply of beach chairs and umbrellas—was superior… the gold standard of hospitality. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more: just a quick four-minute stroll to Crescent Beach’s powdery white sands, turquoise blue water and deep red, yellow and orange sunsets. Within steps you’ll find a lineup of dining options—fresh seafood at waterfront restaurants, laid-back bars serving sunset cocktails, and cozy cafés perfect for post-beach coffee. In every way, our stay was awesome!

This is a BEAUTIFUL place. There was a lovely welcome basket with toiletries when we arrived. Lots of fun board games. The back patio with hot tub are incredible, at night it is amazing. The host was really proactive in communicating with us, and was a pleasure to work with. Very, very quiet inside as well. With 2 bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, you have lots of options. My son kept begging us to stay another day! We would highly recommend this location to anyone.

This cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and our baby girl. We had the pool to ourselves the whole time, which isn’t guaranteed but was great. Weather was perfect. The beach is so close and so nice. The area has beautiful, large homes, which made for nice scenery when we walked. I really liked the location of this place vs the north end of Siesta Key. It was less crowded and very easy to navigate places. Dave, the property manager, was amazing. He was very informative, friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We had a wonderful week at Beach Boutique's Anna Maria Island Cottages. The cottage is very cute and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had the necessary supplies, although we also explored the local restaurant scene and used it mostly for breakfast. Despite being situated close to a street, it was quiet and peaceful. The small set of cottages that makes up the property also has several private nooks and a little fountain with more seating areas. We appreciated having access to laundry facilities on-site. The location is also pretty walkable to a few shops and restaurants. We 100% enjoyed a calm, relaxing week away from New England March weather, went for swims and long walks on the beach, enjoyed magnificent sunsets and recharged our batteries.

Our family had a great stay! We traveled with a baby, toddler and two dogs and had plenty of space and everything we needed. Birgit was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is spacious and comfortable. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach! And the convenience of having an outdoor shower to wash off the kids. There was lingering hurricane damage nearby, but Birgit’s place is pristine! We would definitely return in the future.

Gloria is a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with and had the place stocked with amenities. We loved the location on the water and used the available kayaks to access the water to fish and have some fun in the sun. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Gloria!

Lisa was a great host, and paradise by the beach is an awesome place to stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and our older teens) just loved being able to have a lot of space (compared to the hotel rooms on st Pete beach) and a full kitchen and a close walk to the beach. The kids loved riding the bikes to get an ice cream at night, and it was so easy and convenient to pack up the chairs and umbrella and walk over to the beach. The walk is actually shorter than the resorts we have stayed at on spb. It was kind of like settling into our home by the beach—very comfy and convenient with everything we needed. Lots of tvs, lots of space, easy to get around. I also liked having a fully equipped kitchen—only made dinner one night, but everything we needed was there! We’d definitely again and prefer it to the other resorts we have stayed at. It’s less expensive, more convenient, and a lot more space. Thank you so much, Lisa! We hope your space is available next time we come down!

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

This was our second summer in a row staying at the cottages. We always have a blast.

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and close to everything, but quiet and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

This was a great stay for our family of 5 while visiting the Sarasota area. Beds were comfy, extra pillows and blankets available, very well stocked kitchen. AC worked great. We did have a small issue with the bunk beds not being made and a coverlet that was dirty. The host was quick to respond and even refunded part of our cleaning fee to compensate us. We were pleased with how it was handled. Don’t miss visiting The Ringling (plan to spend all day), Caspersen Beach (for shark teeth), the point of Anna Maria Island (for tons of huge shells and beautiful beaches with lots of wildlife). We also really liked this little neighborhood. Be sure to walk around the corner to meet Sheldon the tortoise.

Very responsive, went above and beyond!

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

Great place located within walking distance of Nokomis beach and beach bars/restaurants. Few minutes drive to Venice for numerous other food options, along with fast food on the main road nearby. Very peaceful location.

I travel regularly for work. I’ve stayed at dozens of AirBnbs throughout the country. This was my best experience by a mile. I was legitimately sad to leave. Can’t recommend this spot enough!!!

Fabulous time at hidden cove - only thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 beach chairs so if you’re with a bunch of beach bound guests that could be a consideration. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we want to be in the Bradenton area.

Host is very responsive, courtesy, and went out her way to make my stay comfortable as much as possible.
