Erinn was an amazing host - she would respond immediately to any text and was always friendly and helpful. The house is as good as it looks if not better! My husband complains about every airbnb I book but he even he had to admit this one was top notch.

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Their home was spotless. The pool with the enclosure allowed you all the sunshine you could ask for without the bugs! The interior is very spacious and great for hosting dinner. With the turf back yard it’s the perfect hangout for adults and children! The hosts are very thoughtful with items available for the perfect beach day (beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, and lots of fun items for children! We will definitely be visiting again!

Great location. 10 min to the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries. They even had beach toys for my daughter . The pool was clean and there were plenty of floats and pool toys. I would definitely recommend this house. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

The home is simply beautiful, open, airy, Clean the backyard and pool are beautiful and so private. Hidden Gem is a perfect name for this home as you would never expect to find a home like this on a ‘such a typical’ block. It’s like brand new. Everything is updated and modern. The bathrooms and showers were clean and beautiful. Large TV in the living room with comfy couches (a bit worn) but still comfortable. We all loved the place! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So quiet and peaceful.

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!

We loved the Wisteria house. From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. All of the amenities provided were exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the pool, lounging on the couch in the evenings watching tv, and sleeping in the comfy beds. We used the provided beach wagon and chairs and even one of the bikes to ride the Legacy Bike path. It's less than 15 minutes to Siesta Key beaches, shopping, and fantastic restaurants. Any questions that came up were answered quickly. We are already planning another trip to this home.

This was our third visit and we just love this house. Already planning another week this falll and maybe a couple of long weekends. The location is perfect to everything we love to do in Sarasota and the size of the house is perfect for us.

Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

Such a lovely and stylish home! We enjoyed our stay at Conrad and Honorata’s home near our favorite beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. My pups and I took leisurely walks during our stay and they excitedly explored the fenced in backyard garden with abundant fruit trees and a large patio area. My favorite was being able to access the patio and backyard right from the master bedroom. This was an amazing convenience during our visit. Looking forward to returning soon!

This house is super nice, very well decorated and clean. The backyard and pool are beautiful. We took James’s recommendation for dinner our first night and went to Indigenous. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The have a great chef. The location is walkable to shops, restaurants, and more. We would definitely stay here again. Ty James!

We had a lovely stay at the Blessing House! It was plenty spacious for three adults and three kids, and had pretty much every amenity we could want. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and spices etc. which made simple cooking very easy. The house is an easy drive to Siesta Key beaches south or St. Armand's Circle/Longboat to the north, so that made it a good home base for exploring the area. Caitlyn was extremely communicative and was able to give us a little extra time upon check-out, too, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this place to others!

Casablanca exceeded my expectations. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos, with a large and well-equipped kitchen. The house is very cozy and comfortable, and I can't forget to mention how clean the house is. Matthew was super nice and responded to my messages promptly. I have no complaints about the house, and I would definitely rent it again. The outdoor area is very nice, and we had great family moments there, enjoying the pool and having a barbecue. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The garage has everything you need for a peaceful day at the beach, from chairs and coolers, to even tents if necessary. The location is very good, with stores and supermarkets very close by. It took us about 12-15 minutes to get to Siesta Key. Anyway, I definitely recommend the house!

This was among the most beautiful and well-appointed Airbnbs that we’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Our trip was centered around a family 60th birthday celebration and this was such a lovely backdrop for our gathering. Our primary plans were to enjoy the sunrises and gorgeous outdoor area, cooking meals on the grill and enjoying them by the pool with a view of the intercoastal waterway. As such, when we arrived to find that the grill wasn’t working properly, we were disappointed. We communicated with our host about the grill the day after our arrival, and received an immediate response. However, it ultimately required back and forth texts (some at our initiation due to not receiving an update) and three days until the handyman graciously brought over his grill to loan us. Something we learned from this trip is the importance of communicating to your hosts what it is about their place that is most important to your stay—and perhaps we should have checked on the grill specifically.

Our stay was so easy and enjoyable! Dior’s place is so cute and very clean. We were able to walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so nice to have our private beach access right down the sidewalk, and right beside the pool! We were also so glad that she was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit Siesta!

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We loved our stay! The drive to the beach was less than five minutes and there was always parking at the beach. The house was SO CLEAN and relaxing! Lots of nice beach chairs that we think had insulated pockets although we didn’t realize that until our last day. Lots of kitchen appliances so we could bake cookies, grill burgers, and cook in the stove. Overall a really great stay!

Great location and easy to access Tamiami Trail. Very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Bonny was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you for a lovely time!

Book this immediately! This house is a beautiful, peaceful, tropical oasis that is close to the beach and restaurants. After a day at the beach, the private pool is a great escape. Claudia was very responsive and kind, she answered any questions we had. We were provided with a great starter pack of house items so we could start relaxing right away!

This was exactly what we were expecting and what we needed. Super clean, super comfortable, quiet and convenient to everthing we were in town for. Michelle was incredibly sweet and gracious. Great communicator. We couldn't ask for anything more. We look forward to staying again!!

Our favorite things about our stay: 1- the house is beautiful and spacious. It’s well stocked and everyone was comfortable and happy :) 2- the garage area is stocked with beach chairs (nice ones) sturdy umbrellas and a heavy duty wagon. This helped to make beach days extra enjoyable and easy. 3- Cole and Grant jumped into action when we had a small issue with the ice maker in the fridge. They were so great to deal with and we couldn’t be happier with how they took care of it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
