Had another amazing stay here! Great Wi-Fi, peaceful place and neighborhood, clean place, and quiet! Kitchen is well-stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need! Full kitchen with stove and oven. Definitely will return 😊 Very proactive and friendly host!

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Sandy's place was perfect for our family during our relocation to the area. The home was clean, matched the description perfectly and we had no issues finding it or checking in. We had an unexpected air conditioning issue, but Sandy was so so so amazing! She was proactive and immediately called to have several companies out to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the part wasn't available during our stay, however, because Sandy was so worried about our comfort she had two portable AC units delivered to the house. The house remained cool and she was beyond helpful. Highly recommend Sandy's place and she is a top-notch host!!! So responsive, sweet, and absolutely takes your comfort above anything else! Thanks, Sandy for a great stay!!

Convenient location to the airport and beautiful interior!

Excellent stay. The accommodation was spotless, very clean, well-equipped, and just like in the photos. Great location, and the host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation.

This place was amazing!! The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Everything was super clean and had everything we could’ve possible needed. We had a minor incident while staying there and the host sent someone immediately to fix the problem. Highly recommend staying here, we had a lovely family weekend!

My husband stayed for a work conference and was very happy with the place. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke down the first day he was there. Olga and her husband were on it right away and kept in contact about repairs and when they would happen. You can’t always predict or help it when something breaks down. But the excellent communication made everything better and once it was repaired, he enjoyed the place even more. We would return!

Every aspect of the house was lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a busy day at the rowing competitions. And, the young crowd loved the arcade room. A definite win. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We had small hiccup with the AC, but it was fixed within hours of contact. The location was perfect for us - 20 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the Nathan Benderson Park. I highly recommend this house. Hope to be back next year!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

The home is simply beautiful, open, airy, Clean the backyard and pool are beautiful and so private. Hidden Gem is a perfect name for this home as you would never expect to find a home like this on a ‘such a typical’ block. It’s like brand new. Everything is updated and modern. The bathrooms and showers were clean and beautiful. Large TV in the living room with comfy couches (a bit worn) but still comfortable. We all loved the place! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So quiet and peaceful.

Our family recently enjoyed staying at The Coastal on Hyde. The home was immaculate and the furniture and decor were both comfortable and beautiful. The pool was probably our favorite feature! Also, it was great to have beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided. Our hosts checked in with us several times to make sure our needs were being met. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again-it’s a wonderful property!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, bright, and well-kept. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The host went above and beyond by providing tons of beach equipment, which made our beach days so easy and fun. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the marina, but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. Communication was seamless; the host was super responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Adorable. Cutest little house on the block. Location was perfect and walkable to everything. Quiet and safe while still being downtown. Check in was easy and parking right next to the home was so nice.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was perfect. Megan was kind, helpful and responsive. The fenced in yard was great for my dogs. We will be returning and recommending the room to all our friends and family.

We had an amazing time at Agnes's home ! The house was spotless when we arrived—super clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the layout made it feel spacious and welcoming. But what really made it stand out was the yard—absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our dog loved it and so did we. It’s not always easy to find a place that makes both humans and pups equally happy, but this one totally nailed it. If you're looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway with great outdoor space and a sparkling-clean interior, this is the one. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great little Airbnb - perfect for what we needed for a long weekend in Sarasota. The suite was spotless, easy to get to, and in a great location with excellent restaurant options within walking distance.

This place was perfect for what we needed. We needed a little space to just be able to pop in and out of for the weekend. Getting in and out was very easy! It was clean, super cute and we felt very comfortable there.
