Holiday rentals with a patio in Saratoga Springs

Teresa’s Air B&B was very nice. Just a short drive to the city center and away from all the noise. Very nice/private home secluded in the woods made it very peaceful. Teresa’s husband was very warm and welcoming when he greeted us. The room/bathroom were very clean/organized. Will definitely try and stay here again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Joan's place! The apartment is even better than the photos—immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with all the essentials. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown and all the local attractions. The rooms were large and the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee and fully stocked kitchen. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for getting some work done during our stay. Joan was an incredibly hospitable host and very responsive. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back the next time we're in Saratoga. Thank you.

Darlene’s apartment was adorable, clean and perfect for a couple! We saw a concert at SPAC and it was a very affordable place to stay within a half an hour of Saratoga Springs. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had such a great trip at Dave’s place! We stayed for the whole week before the Belmont and are very familiar with Saratoga Springs so were thrilled with the location! Quick walk to the race track and Broadway, easy commute to the grocery store. Dave was also super responsive and so friendly/welcoming. We felt right at home and would happily stay here again. Definitely consider Dave’s place for your Saratoga trip!!

The apartment was better than the photos. It was exceptionally clean. John and his wife were very friendly and I felt comfortable right away. I actually stayed 2 extra days and I would definitely stay there again since my family lives close by.

We had the best time the home was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable that I’m considering getting for my own home. They had games that were super fun to play and the house was a good walking distance to some of the beautiful sites.

Just returned from 2 nights in “The Downtown” and we couldn’t be happier. The home was beautiful, so clean and comfortable. We traveled with 2 other couples so to accommodate our group and everyone having their own bedroom we also rented out “The Sunroom” at the same time. Both rentals are located in the same home, 1st and 2nd floor. In doing that we had more than enough space to enjoy and it gave us 2 bathrooms when we were all getting ready to go out for the day. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch in the early morning hours… just so peaceful. The only complaint I have is our stay just wasn’t long enough!!! Stephanie was super nice and helpful. Went above and beyond with accommodations, chatting with us, suggestions for dinner and even leaving little treats for us upon arrival. Looking forward to next year’s (longer) stay already!

We had a most enjoyable stay at Tina and Bob's beautiful carriage house apartment. The apartment is peaceful, clean, light and airy. It is superbly and thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. Tina and Bob are charming, friendly, generous, and responsive hosts, we could not have asked for better! The apartment is conveniently located in a lovely historic neighbourhood and only a few minutes walk from the downtown area. Saratoga is picturesque, clean and friendly. It enjoys many ecelctic shops, cafés and restaurants, a vibrant arts scene and beautiful green spaces. Thank you so much Tina and Bob for helping make our weekend getaway such a joy. We hope to be back in the future!!

This was hands down the best Air B&B I've ever stayed at. The place was spotless, and I mean immaculate. Adam was a great host, quick to respond to any questions, and just very kind. I'd give this place a higher rating if I could but I'll say if you are staying in Saratoga, this house is really nice, close to the restaurants, close to the track, close to the golf course, and close to Saratoga Lake (all just a few minutes).

This place is such a gem! They thought of everything and so many special touches. We stayed here after taking the boys to Cooperstown for baseball and it did not disappoint. We hope to come again!

Great place to stay for a trip to Saratoga. Close proximity to main street shopping, the racetrack and SPAC. The bedrooms are clean and have very nice beds! Beautiful kitchen! We stayed with 5 adults and were very very comfortable and happy with our stay!

We were in Saratoga Springs for a Father’s Day weekend car meet and had a great stay! The house was very clean and spacious; met all of our needs. Rooms and beds were comfortable. We were glad for the driveway to park multiple cars in (we could have used the garage, but didn’t). Unfortunately the weather was chilly so we couldn’t use the pool, but it looked beautiful!

The place was clean and beautiful!!! The host got back in quick time if we needed anything. It is a perfect walk to the city center for a great price and a place to sit outback and park your car.

Gian is a wonderful host! He was very helpful and communicates good. His home is very beautiful and comfortable! It's also in beautiful location and yet still close to shops and things to do. Highly recommend!

Had an awesome stay here. The place was super clean, really cozy, and exactly what I needed. The host was great—quick to respond and super helpful the whole time. You can tell they put effort into making it a comfortable spot. Would definitely stay again!

Gloria's place was clean, cool and comfortable. Gloria's has a Lake View and is a short drive to Saratoga, White Hollow Farm and Saratoga Polo School. Gloria was proactive to make sure our arrival went smoothly.

My husband and I sold our home out of state and needed a place for 5 weeks. We were fortunate to find David’s. It was perfect for us and our two small pups. Had everything we needed for entire stay. Dave was very responsive whenever an issue arose and always friendly. We got to know the neighborhood very well. Would stay again.
