The house consists of a living area on the upper floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. The garden is accessed from the two floors and gives the house peace and privacy. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The beaches of S'Archittu and Santa Caterina are a 5-minute drive, those of the Sinis peninsula are 30 minutes away and the coastal area of Bosa can be reached in 40 minutes.

For decades, Sardinia has been my second home and now I have bought a small apartment in s'Archittu and furnished it according to my needs - beautifully sunny and with sea views, just 300 m from the beach. In October it is a very popular surf spot in Sardinia - additional surf spots are in the village of Santa Catarina next door and a few kilometers further: Sa Mesa Longa. The price includes Airbnb's fees and the 21% tourism tax required in Sardinia.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
