Holiday rentals with a patio in S'Archittu

Little paradise close to sea and close to mountains as well 🤩 It has really exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There is almost nobody around so it’s very private. (There is a road nearby but the place is still peaceful and calm because there are not so many cars and there is a nice barrier from trees and bushes). Our little son loved the playground and the big beautiful garden. You just can spent even whole vacation there because it’s so lovely to just sit at the terrace and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s hard to describe it with words, it has to be experienced. 🥰 At last but not least the host Arianna was very nice, proactive and helpful and the communication was very pleasant. If you decide to check the surroundings the best beach around was definitely “Spiaggetta del’Arco - even during little windy and cooler days (we visited outside the season) there was a calm see, no wind and warmer air.

Rachael was a fantastic & generous host, warm and humorous! Communication with her was very easy and Rachael was super helpful. We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy, pretty and well-divided apartment! Despite outside temperatures above 30 degrees, it remained pleasantly cool in the apartment. Great location with great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back! ☀️💛

One of my best experiences, the little italian town, the house, the appartment, the rooftop, the host - everything was excellent!!!!

We spent 10 days in Alessandro's beautiful apartment, perfectly matching the description and in a great location to visit all the most beautiful beaches of Sinis. Alessandro was always available and provided us with useful information for the vacation. Upon our arrival he had left us a basket of breakfast products, milk, water, beers in the fridge and a welcome bottle of local wine.... This is called a real welcome. We had a wonderful vacation, definitely to be repeated.

We had a great time at Antonio's. He is very helpful and responded immediately to our questions. Antonio is a perfect host! The house is in the middle of the village and everything is close by. A car is recommended because except for a small supermarket (with nice homemade products) there are no shops. However, Bosa is close and there is everything you want. Everything else is within walking distance, but if you want to go to a really nice beach, 3 minutes by car is more convenient than walking.

Very nice apartment as described, with a simple welcome, easy communication and small touches appreciated upon arrival. I recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is top if you want good beaches and restaurants. Many activities to do nearby or by a short 1-2h drive. location felt safe and the apartment is fairly priced.

Great location, at the south end of Torre del Pozzo. The location allows an extraordinary view of the Mediterranean bush and the coastline to the south and west. You can walk to Is Arenas beach. By car you can quickly reach the wonderful beaches of Sinis. The apartment is spacious.

We had a great time at Alessandra's place! Alessandra has a sense of hospitality, responsive, kind, and caring for the well-being of its tenants. As for the accommodation, how to say.... Its description and photos were not up to the reality!!! The house really makes a seaside holiday home, but with all the comforts and equipment: very comfortable bedding, clean and new linens, cooking utensils, dishes, and kitchen appliances very very well provided, etc. The environment is beautiful, starting with the garden overlooking the beach, very wild, small beaches for swimming, nearby mountains, and all very quiet and quiet. In short, we recommend this place without a second thought, and we're sure to come back!

Location is perfect for a quiet get away, especially now during this off season. The ocean is across the way, visible from both terraces, and all windows, which allowed us to truly enjoy the beautiful sunsets. House is spacious, and bright. Short rides to Tharros to see the archaeological sites, Cabras & Oristano for grocery stores and restaurants. Hosts, were extremely attentive and always giving us suggestions for places to go & visit!

Lovely house in the hills 8 mins from the very pretty town of Bosa and 10/20 minutes from a number of beautiful coves and beaches. Stunning coastal drive up to Alghero for a day out - but house is so peaceful you might not want to leave. Check in super smooth with Gianni, and Ramona, who explained everything clearly. Pool well maintained and a gorgeous kitchen garden. Plenty of great places to eat in Bosa - we particularly recommend Essenza Al Borgo Sant'Ignazio. Extremely well equipped kitchen for cooks. We had a fantastic week and felt immediately at home. Don't worry about the proximity of the train track, the train only comes once a week on Sundays and is an absolutely charming old one carriage tourist train. Thoroughly recommend.

We found absolutely everything we needed in Valentina's house. Very nice house despite the heat, practical so as not to disturb each other. We greatly appreciated her kindness and the care she takes of her guests. From information or the art of living in the area to the quality of linens and products at our disposal. Thanks again Valentina A very very good place.

The house is in a quiet location, at the entrance of San Leonardo. It is equipped with everything and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced-in garden, where we and our three dogs had a great time. Around, in addition to the park that can be reached in two minutes on foot, there are itineraries in the woods that lead to secluded fountains and incredible nuraghi. Roberta is always available for advice and any need.

The panoramic view of the sea, dunes and beach while enjoying your morning coffee on the cozy terrace is unbeatable. The stand can be reached quickly and easily. Luca even provides a cooler bag and many other things for this. Overall, the equipment is above average. Luca also made it possible for us to safely park our motorcycle trailer. He was totally flexible about our arrival and departure. We recovered wonderfully and would be happy to come back.

We spent two weeks in Mirko's beautiful town house, overlooking the river Temo and the old bridge, in the old town of Bosa. The roof top terrasse overlooked the river and offered an oasis of calm, while watching the boats go up and down the river. As we were at the edge of the old town, we could walk to a fabulous range of wonder restaurants, bars and cafes. The supermarket(s) were also within five minutes walk, on the other side of the river. The beautiful castello was also reachable by foot, where you also got a beautiful view of the town of Bosa, the river Temo, and estuary leading to the sea. We also enjoyed walking by the river to Bosa Marina and the beach, which was pristine and where you can swim in clear waters. Overall, we both recommend Mirko's tower house, as am excellent base and relaxing oasis, for your stay in the beautiful town of Bosa. Enjoy!

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

A handy place to stay not far from tge centre of Bosa. Roomy apartment with everything you need for a great stay.

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Me and family had amazing 10days holiday , loreta's place felt like home honestly it had everything we needed and my girls loved their room . Loreta's husband was so helpful he provided us with a list of great beaches to visit and also some amazing restaurants every place he recommended was amazingly great. Thank you so much for having us .

Tidy, cozy and fragrant house. Extremely consistent with the photos and the description that was given. The house was also equipped with everything necessary to keep it clean. Spacious house with excellent value for money. Perfect for a quiet holiday in Oristano

The place was super nice & clean. We didn't miss anything. Within walking distance there is a Lidl and you can also reach the city in 15 minutes. Gianluca even welcomed us very warmly with a welcome gift and gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights and beaches. In addition, he was always very quickly available and extremely helpful! Since my boyfriend is over 1.90 m tall, and a metal frame surrounds the bed, the bed was unfortunately a little too small for him. The apartment is also quite bright, you could often hear the family above us, but never late in the evening or at night. But neither of these changes the fact that we recovered well and had a wonderful time in Sardinia! :)
