Antonello’s place is located in a fantastic area. The marina is a short 5mins away for boat trips and there’re nice restaurants in the area too. Many nice recommendations and we had a great time!

Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful place in an amazing location! Elisabetta was very clear on getting to the place, and so helpful and responsive during the stay. Even gave me golf tips for our outing at Pevero!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Sardinia. There were four of us and we didn't miss anything. The house was very clean, cozy and the location close to the beach was just perfect. Enrico was very friendly and always helpful. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the place!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We spent a week with 3 adults and 2 babies at Graziella's and it was just wonderful. We all felt comfortable immediately and Graziella welcomed us nicely despite our late arrival. The apartment is well equipped and everything is super clean and spacious. The morning and evening hours on the large terrace overlooking the sea were particularly beautiful. You can walk to a super nice beach where you could spend the whole day. In addition, it is only 10 minutes on foot to the nearest supermarket. Overall, we felt super comfortable and the kids also had a really great time. We will definitely not be visiting Graziella for the last time.

Very nice villa for the price can only recommend! Also the hosts are really nice and friendly. Pool is a nice thing to have at 30+ degrees to cool down a bit. Beach is also close takes few minutes to walk and the water is crystal clear and the shoreline is long. There are also multiple restaurants and shops close by and night market on friday was nice! Would rent again!

We had a lovely stay at the house – everything was just as described. The communication with the host was excellent from the beginning, and they were always helpful and responsive. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach, which we really appreciated. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very cozy – perfect for a relaxing holiday. The host was incredibly kind. They also provided us with some great recommendations and useful information about nearby shops, which was very helpful. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely love to come back! 😊

Nice typical Sardinian house in a great garden. Cristina and Salvatore the owner are very friendly, gave us lots of fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden. The large outdoor area is fabulous, especially as it was very hot and we enjoyed the pool, the outdoor shower and the gazebo to eat outside at night without mosquitoes. The city and many beaches and attractions are easily reachable by car. Overall a great value for money.

We stayed for 10 days with our family and had a wonderful time. House is very well equipped, clean and there was nothing we have missed. Location around Budoni is great for shopping, beaches or any other trip. We can fully recommend booking this house.

Perfect location in Porto Cervo with breathtaking views. Lovely apartment as described. We had a great stay the only tiny thing that lets it down is the 10am checkout.

The spacious, simply modernly furnished house was tiptop for us. Communication and check-in were hassle-free, the owners and Donatella were very friendly. The location is unique, everything you need is very close! There were three of us and we were able to use the whole house. The two huge bathrooms incl. Washing machine was an extra bonus. We felt at home, we didn't miss anything. We would rent the whole house, or for 2 people only one of the two apartments in it again at any time, we liked it very much.

Very close to the beach

Stayed indoors for 9 nights. The apartment corresponds to the declared description, arrived at night,but we found it without problems, a polite host, delivered an iron and a kettle,because we were not enough. There is a lot to see around. I wish the apartment was more frequent and change of towels,and so I liked everything. thank you.

Nice Appartment with Potential.

We had 5 very nice days on the Costa Rei, the apartment is just like in the photos, also the kitchen is really well equipped so we also cooked at home. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning or fan. The view is truly stunning and you can sit beautifully on the terrace in the evening. The check-in was mega flexible, we were even allowed to check in an hour earlier, although it was not cleaned yet, but the contact with the landlords was made quickly and it was then really thoroughly cleaned, so cleanliness was also really great. The only downside to the location was the stairs to the apartment, towing shopping was sometimes a bit annoying, but for the view we were happy to accept that we can 😊 recommend the restaurant Chaplin in Costa Rei, as there are mega good fish and seafood 🐟🦐🐙
