Loft holiday rentals in Sardinia

A beautiful home, with stunning views, in a super quiet setting. Certain is what I had read in some comment that there is some detail in the house with a lack of maintenance, but we have been so well, that you are forgotten. The only negative is that in one of the rooms there was no hot water in the shower and in commenting to Michele he told us that he already knew but now in August I could not find technicians to fix it; I'm sure as far as possible he will fix it. Michele is a super host, very attentive, responds to everything super fast and you have a house that is a paradise in the middle of spectacular nature and marvellous views. Thank you for everything Michele🤗

Communication with R&F is straightforward. You'll get answers soon. The apartment is really well located. The view from every room and even from the bathroom is a big plus. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. However, it is very spartan and does not invite you to linger. A little outdated. The apartment was very clean and smelled pleasant.

Apartment Alberto is ideally located. The historic center of Oristano, shops, pizzerias and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is available in the parallel street. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, with a comfortable bed and two bathrooms. The sloping walls are certainly a little uncomfortable. Even after a week in this apartment, it is difficult to get used to it. The bumps on the head are frequent and painful. We had a huge terrace with a wonderful view of the city, which we unfortunately could not use in the evening because of the mosquitoes. Alberto is a friendly and attentive host. His advice was very helpful. Thanks Alberto!

Giovanni’s place was exactly what I was looking for in the area. The host and his family were very friendly and helpful with local tips. Check in/check out was smooth. The place itself is newly refurbished. It’s spacious and cozy, with a little balcony with some nice views. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend it!

The loft was very good, and the ceiling is lower than it looks in the photos! Equipped as it should be to make small meals, pleasant to eat on the terrace in the evening. Stefano was responsive!

Fantastic apartment, not your average holiday rental. Great furnishings and a really stunning balcony with a remarkable view. The complex is great too with a lovely pool and immaculately kept.

The place is exactly as described. Comfortable and with easy access to all you could want. As it’s in the heart of the city, it can get a little noisy, but that is to be expected!

Very well furnished attic, despite the size nothing is missing and all small needs are met. Very quiet. Tip.

Stayed here for a week and this apartment is amazing. Location is perfect just beside the train station & bus station, a quick walk to the port and into the town. The apartment was spotlessly clean, a good modern kitchen with everything needed for your stay, a very comfortable living area and a nice bedroom. The 2 terraces are beautiful with great views over the city and port areas. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Cagliari. Manuel was a great host with lots of local recommendations.

Duke and Luigi were extremely welcoming, charming and communicative hosts. They responded quickly and helpfully to any queries from the moment we made an enquiry about the apartment right through to when we left. They had lots of useful recommendations for restaurants and activities in Golfo Aranci and the surrounding area. The apartment itself was stunning and fully lived up to expectations. The views from the terrace and pool were wonderful, and these outside areas were so nice for eating, drinking and relaxing. Though not cheap, we felt the apartment was good value and it greatly enhanced our trip to sunny Sardinia. Thank you Duke and Luigi for helping to make our stay so enjoyable and relaxing!

Great location, close to the heart of the city. All key attractions are walkable. Nice neighbourhood. The instructions were super clear and the loft has decent privacy and safety.

Daniela and her husband were excellent hosts, very kind and super helpful. They were always available for any questions and concerns. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and we were even given a welcome gift of beer, Prosecco and some snacks! A very thoughtful touch. The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the main area/square of Cagliari. There are cafes within a minute walk to get your morning cappuccino and sweets. The parking spot was perfect as we never had to worry about finding a spot after a long day. The only slight quibble was with the amount of hot water. We were 3 girls and had to space out the 3rd shower a bit in order to have enough hot water. We were extremely happy that we chose this apartment and definitely recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay. The owners were very communicative even well before our journey, and Michele was super patient and helpful with all my questions! The host provides a really helpful binder with local info and recommendations. There are a ton of great restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby. The beaches were very easy to get to- we rented a scooter. Overall we fell in love with Carloforte and Michele helped us feel right at home. A beautiful space in a beautiful town!
