Easily accessible, Porto San Paolo is 15 km from the port of Olbia and 12 km from Costa Smeralda Airport. My place is a small designer retreat, designed exclusively for couples. The apartment offers an intimate atmosphere and is cared for in every detail. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and just a few minutes from the square where you can take the ferry service to the island of Tavolara. There are supermarkets, restaurants, a bank, a laundry room, and shops of various kinds in the immediate vicinity.

The building is set in the historic center of Tempio, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studio of Arts and Crafts". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. The washing machine will be provided with at least 5 days of stay.

My place is close to the sea, close to art, culture and beautiful beaches, you will like it for its intimacy and location and is suitable for couples because it is equipped with three air conditioners, thus creating total privacy. In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 seats by the sea with beach beds, a chest with masks, fins and games, umbrellas, beach towels and a portable cooler for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing daily trips with a sailboat.

The accommodation, recently renovated and cared for in every detail, is located near Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the historically most lively and characteristic streets of Cagliari, full of restaurants and typical clubs. From here you can easily reach the city's main points of interest (Bastion, Amphitheater, Museums) as well as the train station and the port of Cagliari in a few minutes on foot.
