Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Very nice house in a very well-maintained and safe complex with its own garage. Luca is a great host, was always available and always responded immediately. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. We definitely want to come back. Thank you also for the planted bamboo.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

The accomodation was very sweet, in a good location. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. His father was also very friendly and even gave us a lift from the ferry port, which was lovely.

The stay was great. From the accommodation, the view of the lake is fantastic and the pool location is very neat.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

My daughters and I were guests twice in a month to have a base near two locations where we had to participate in two competitions. Our host was lovely, kind, caring and super helpful, having offered to slightly change her check-in and breakfast times to suit our needs dictated by the tasks related to our competitions. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and you can really feel at home in it. To crown a super positive experience, the dog Sissy, queen of the B&B who entertains guests with her playful presence and always looking for attention like a real prima donna. My girls loved it. Fantastic breakfast with homemade products (jams, apple juices, butter and cheese produced by the mother's farm) plus bread and homemade cakes. Everything is delicious and perfect to complete the offer of a Farmhouse with a capital F.

We (family with two small children) had a wonderful stay in Andrea's small house. The house itself is very simply furnished, but offers everything you need for a vacation. The location itself is a gift - idyllic, quiet, a few meters from a natural beach; and there is the possibility to reach some restaurants on foot. Communication with Andrea was very prompt and straightforward - everything was described exactly and easy to find. We are already looking forward to another vacation in Andreas Chalet! The accommodation was great and Maurizio a great host. Even before arrival, he gave us tips on how to easily find his apartment. He waited for us in the apartment, even helped us with the luggage and showed us where to find everything. During the stay, he always gave us tips on what we could do. The apartment itself looks like the pictures: small and simple, but lovingly furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The absolute highlight was the sensational view of the valley and the church. The area is quiet and offers many opportunities for hiking or water sports. This was absolutely the best Airbnb experience I have ever had, and I have had many. The home is gorgeous, and every item you might need is provided. The grounds, pool, and location could not be better. Even more, though, Diana is just WONDERFUL. She gives complete, accurate information, stays in immediate contact to meet your every need, and she is an incredibly warm person. You'll want to hug her!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and somehow, everything was even better than the photos. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our host, Christian. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond carrying our bags, getting us reservations at the best restaurants, and even arranging transportation. One of the restaurants even surprised me with a birthday candle! Christian had clearly gone the extra mile to make it special. Every detail was thoughtful, every need anticipated. Between the service, the location, and the care we were shown, this stay exceeded every expectation. Absolutely worth it.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

Ely's apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped and strategically located to explore Lake Di Garda. It has covered parking and a beautiful pool overlooking the lake. It also provides 2 bicycles for use. In short, everything is excellent!! Thank you Ely for your kindness, we really enjoyed our stay.
