Cozy summer cottage with a stunning view to Skjebergkilen, Sweden and Hvaler. About an hour's drive from Oslo and short distance to the Østfold cities. The cottage has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a family bunk for three. Open living/kitchen area. No dishwasher but a fantastic view while doing the job. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nice outdoor areas with dining groups, sofa group and gas grill. The cabin is located about 200 meters from parking and a path takes you to swimming opportunities in 5-7 minutes.

Great cabin near the sea. Very child friendly plot.

Nice cottage on large, warm and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially refurbished the later years, with new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

Partially remodeled cabin (Kitchen and Living room remaining only) The cabin is spacious - With new to fresh bedrooms, new bathroom. LARGE garden and several terraces to enjoy in the sun. Several fireplaces outside. Outside kitchen to grill to cook. We have Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. Several parking spaces in shared parking just across the road. 10 minutes drive to several grocery stores, Kafe and thrift store.

Huge private outdoor space with garden furniture and a double carport. 3 private bedrooms and additional beds possible. Secluded backyard. Down town.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Cabin completed in 2012 is rented. Large open plot with sun all day. It takes 10 minutes walk to the beach. 10 minutes to grocery store and pharmacy. 15 minutes to drive to Halden with Fredriksten fortress. 20 minutes to Nordby Shoppingsenter, 25 minutes to Strømstad. Fredrikstad 35 minutes to Fredrikstad and Old Town. 20 minutes to Superland and Inspiria Normally the cabin is used by a family of five and our cat. We are happy to rent to families with children.

Fantastic cabin from 2014, located 100 meters from the sea. The cabin is bright and cozy and is located on Karlsøya. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city centre, 20 minutes to the Old Town of Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an addition to the price. A stone's throw from the cabin is a beach, pier and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has throughout good standards.
