This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The house is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and a porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything. The cabin is centrally located at Høysand, Skjebergkilen. It is a 15 minutes drive to Sarpsborg, where you will find shopping malls, Inspera and the water park "Superland". There is nice nature in the surrounding area with good opportunities for nice walks or training trips, either by bike or on foot. It is 15 minutes by car to Sweden. Høysand can offer a great beach with diving boards, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis etc.

Connect to nature in this new small house. Everything is renovated in 2026. The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

Cabin near the lake with great views

Koselig sommerhytte med fantastisk utsikt til Skjebergkilen, Sverige og Hvaler. En drøy times kjøring fra Oslo og kort avstand til Østfoldbyene. Hytta har tre soverom, to med dobbeltseng og et med familiekøye for tre. Åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Ingen oppvaskmaskin, men en fantastisk utsikt mens du gjør jobben. Bad med dusj, toalett og vaskemaskin. Fine uteplasser med spisegrupper, sofagruppe og gassgrill. Hytta ligger ca 150 m fra parkering og en sti tar deg til bademuligheter på ca 7 min.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child-friendly.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

Hus på Grålum

På dette stedet kan dere bo sentralt på Grålum, nær Sarpsborg. Kort vei til Superland/Badeland. Kun et par minutters kjøring fra E6. Egen parkering. Soverom 1: dobbeltseng (150cm) Soverom 2: enkeltseng (80cm). I tillegg er det en sovestol (80cm) på stua. Reiseseng for barn Buss: 50 meter fra stoppested for buss. 13 minutter med buss til Sarpsborg sentrum og 25 minutter til Fredrikstad. 10 minutter med buss til stoppestedet for flybussen fra/til Gardermoen (Lekevollkrysset) Røykfritt

Parking right by the cabin, with space for three cars. Only 1 hour and 10 minutes from Oslo. Short distance to the marina, Rema 1000 (2 km away) and restaurant/pub. Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.

The guest bed can be placed on the floor and is 90x200cm. Choose between an electric inflatable mattress or a camp bed. Kitchen with most of the equipment. Shower cabin in the bathroom. Large south-facing terrace with pavilion and outdoor furniture. Nice place at a nice price.
