La Richardiere is a manor house, an old 18th century wine estate, located in the hollow of a valley on the edge of the vineyards of Jasnières (White) and the hillsides of Loir (red or white). It is also an old seigneurial fief. When you leave the main road, you go up to the wood of the place, and you literally dive, the chestnut tree crossed in the courtyard of the estate, invisible otherwise, you have arrived. " The wood" has two neighboring cottages, in the same building.

Perche, Nogent-le-Rotrou, 60 m2, 150 m from the castle

It is in the heart of the Perche Regional Park that we offer this loft located in the lower part of our main residence. Independent entrance to the garden with panoramic views of the city and hills. Located close to the Château des Comtes du Perche, the residence has a 6000 m2 garden with a small farmyard. Quiet and rest assured. Direct access to the fitness room and family sauna (access conditions to be discussed with the owner).

In the heart of the Mayennaise countryside, come and discover this independent two-room apartment. You will have a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, and upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom (with separate toilet). The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi. No houses in the immediate vicinity, so the accommodation is very quiet. The owners live in the right side of the house.

You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
