La maison se situe dans le bourg de Saint-Jouin de Blavou et dispose d'une magnifique vue sur les prés et la forêt de Bellême. Piscine privée chauffée et sécurisée par un volet roulant, BBQ, terrain de pétanque, cheminée et gros poêle ancien.. Pour les enfants : lit à barreau, lit parapluie, parc bébé, chaise haute,jeux enfants et adultes à disposition.

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).
