Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Large family house ideally located in the heart of Perche (10 minutes from Belleme, 20 minutes from La Perriere), can accommodate 10 to 11 travelers. This charming house, completely renovated in 2025, has great comfort (fireplaces, billiards, garden, petanque court, ping pong...) for unforgettable stays in the countryside! During your stay, we can advise you on your outings. And to extend the experience, the antique objects and dishes are available for sale.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
