It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. We stayed in a house of crazy charm, with all the comforts, and run by exceptional hosts: Micheline and Xavier are very attentive and welcome you as you would a friend. The garden is a true Garden of Eden and the surrounding nature, with the house's chickens and sheep, are a change of scenery and a return to nature for city dwellers like us. We had a wonderful holiday, in an authentic and timeless place. We highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic short stay at the Manoir d'Angey. The Manoir is beautiful and in a great location with super-helpful hosts. Our children loved the warm pool! We enjoyed visiting the beach at Carolles and then taking a walk on the nearby cliffs. We could have stayed for a week. Thank you!

16th century Manor / Mont Saint Michel's Bay

The chateau was everything we thought it would be from the moment we drove through the gate. The serene setting was welcoming and inviting. The gardens and landscaping were lush and picturesque. Upon entering the front door, we felt like we’d been transported to the 16th century. Wood floors, flowing draperies and richly colored walls all add to the general ambiance. There are numerous bedrooms from which to choose, playrooms for children, spacious living and dining rooms and a kitchen meant for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and the fireplace warms the rooms and its inhabitants. The two outdoor tables provide opportunities to enjoy the setting while sipping wine or eating a meal, Marc was very accommodating. He offered suggestion for things to do and places to shop in Sartilly.
