La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Ideal for 2! Our “Gardenhouse” is located in the historical center of Sarzana, a popular Ligurian town on the border with Tuscany. It's a private property that has recently been completely refurbished, therefore we can offer our Guests a small yet modern & cozy ambiance. Our Rooms for Rent has its own private garden overlooking the “Firmafede” Castle, a stunning view. Passing through the “Porta Romana” you will see the first shops and enjoy some pleasant time at the bars, restaurants close by.

The "Sa Domu Lunae" apartment, with its own entrance, combines comfort and functionality: a super-equipped modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has everything you need, including a washing machine. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Located a short walk from the historic center of Sarzana, with all the amenities at your fingertips and free parking right in front. • The accommodation is an "AAUT" (Furnished apartment for tourist use) and not a B&B.

San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.
