Holiday houses in Sasovići

We spent two weeks in Olga's apartment and had a wonderful stay. The apartment has a panoramic sea-view balcony that stays pleasantly cool in the afternoons. The kitchen is fully equipped, the internet is fast, and the bed is very comfortable. It's just a five-minute walk to the end of the Promenade—perfect for morning runs and long evening walks. The area feels very safe. The owner is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Ortes gelegen. Vom Balkon oder Pool genießt man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Natur, Berge und in der Ferne das Meer. Der Gastgeber und sein liebenswerter Hund wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, jedoch in einem separatem Haus. Er achtete stets auf Privatsphäre und machte unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner Herzlichkeit unvergesslich. Selten erlebt man solch eine Gastfreundschaft mit so viel Fürsorge und Freundlichkeit! Jeden Morgen bereitete er uns ein herzhaftes Frühstück mit Gemüse aus eigner Ernte zu. Das Weinhaus befindet sich direkt am Pool, ist klimatisiert und überzeugt mit einer hübschen Einrichtung. Da es schon ein älteres Haus ist, kann es passieren, dass sich zeitweise Insekten hinein schleichen. Der Pool ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand sowie mit mehreren Liegen/ Stühlen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen & können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, insbesondere wenn man Entspannung sucht.

We had a great time in this accommodation. The house is really old, with old design and furniture. But there are all the things and electronics for a comfortable life, everything works well, the beds are comfortable. There is a delightful well-kept garden with a breathtaking view. And a nice veranda with a large window for rainy days. The only downside for our children was the smell of old furniture. But it was not strong. For me and my husband, it was a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the memories of our grandparents' country house and our light-hearted childhood holidays there. To be honest, our grandparents lived more than 2000 km from here, but the lifestyle is really similar. Thanks to the owners!

Lovely home right on the water. Perfect for relaxing. Very detailed instructions on how to operate anything in the home. Also has a very good guide to the local area.

De woning van Vladimir was smetteloos schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig voor een zorgeloze vakantie en zo de regio te ontdekken. De woning is in realiteit groter dan wat de foto’s laten uitschijnen wat dubbel zo leuk is als je binnen komt. Ik kan deze woning sterk aanraden!

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Nenad’s villa is perfect. We had a lovely week away, the heated pool ment we could enjoy it despite the mixed weather we had during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, we self catered eating in most meals and enjoyed cooking and dining outside. Beds were comfy as was the sofa for nights curled up reading after the sun have gone down.
