Holiday rentals with a patio in Sassari

Federica was very friendly and helpful, especially at check-in she kindly looked after us, even though we arrived relatively late. She was also very helpful when we had a question about the area. The apartment is very new and clean and the beach as well as the restaurants in Lu Bagnu are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. All in all very successful.

Dario is a very welcoming host and attentive to the well-being of his guests. He also has a very intelligent little dog - Giulietta - who greets guests with joy, curiosity and a lot of sweetness.

Very clean house, inside we found every benefit, from primary products in the kitchen to pods for washing machines. Roberta is always available!

The apartment was ideal for our stay, in a few minutes you are on the beach and also after a short drive in the center of Alghero. The apartment has its own parking space and is still absolutely quiet. From the terrace, you can look out over fields and meadows, and yet you are well connected. The apartment itself is sparkling clean and furnished to the latest standards. The landlady will immediately take care of any inquiries. Check in was perfect. Very peaceful setting. Perfect base for exploring all around including easy to get to Alghero and Olbia. Barbara was very welcoming and we enjoyed Caterina’s home made biscuits on arrival- a lovely treat! Lots of toiletries and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great apartment for two. everything as described. Just communication was not too easy. late answer to questions. Very warm welcome from Co-host. offered a coffee and had a nice chat. everything worked out pretty good. Communication in italian only. But with translator app and hands and feet communication everything was fine ;-)

Perfect host who was able to send messages both for hosting and to make sure everything was okay. Spontaneously she also sent us addresses to guide our stay. Exchanges are easy, nice. Accommodating and very responsive host. The place is great! Beautiful, clean, quiet, with all the necessary products and equipment on arrival. Very comfortable accommodation with a big plus for this charming terrace which offers magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation offers great value for money and is perfectly located for exploring the north of Sardinia. Highly recommended!

Luigi's small fine house is as described, surrounded by nature! On the day of arrival, Luigi's mother showed me the way to the beach (it's really only a few minutes) and this path alone is breathtaking. Scented meadows on the right and left, the view of the lagoon, a small dock and you are already on the white sandy beach overlooking the typical crystal-clear turquoise water! But you can also relax wonderfully at the house, there is a small stone grill at the house and a wonderful sunny terrace with awning. There grow capers outside the door, salad and zucchini, rosemary and Sardinian thyme, from which I was always allowed to branch off for cooking:-) Alghero or Sassari, you can reach Alghero or Sassari in 30/40 minutes by car. They were very nice and very relaxing days!

A house with a lot of (Italian/Sardinian) charm (very well equipped but not impersonally renovated like many other Airbnb apartments) in the middle of the historic old town under the Castel. Especially great: the roof terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and parts of the old town. Good restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Important: Nazareno is a very attentive, friendly and helpful host. Exceptional rating, highly recommended. (Note: due to the location in the historic old town, the accommodation is not barrier-free). All the best for our host Nazareno and his family. We will be very happy to come back.

I have already been to Giovanna for the third time and certainly not for the last time. The apartment is unbeatable in terms of value for money and the two are simply super helpful, courteous and warm, I am always happy to be there! The location is also great, there are many parking options on site and yet everything is within walking distance. Til next time!

100% recommended, the house was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. The outdoor areas are wonderful and we really enjoyed the pisicina and the barbecue Davide was always attentive to everything we needed and was very kind. He recommended activities in the area and places to eat and dine Again, no doubt.

Lovely villa set on a quiet road close to beaches

The house was clean and modern, it felt like a home. We are a small family (3 ppl) the space was enough for us. Eliana, the host is super helpful, answers in a short time and she was really thoughtful.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The spaces are large, well-kept and well-furnished, but the real highlight is the pool: clean, large and perfect for relaxing at any time. The outdoor area is also excellent, ideal for outdoor dining. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and tranquility!

We had a very pleasant stay at Alessia's. We were very touched by her kind attentions, both on arrival and departure. Communication was easy, Alessia was responsive and flexible. The house was very clean and perfectly equipped, in a quiet environment with sea views.

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Our Host Daniele was excellent, proactive in communication and offered so much information / advise / details about our stay. The apartment is beautiful and they have though if everything 🩷🙏 I would most definitely stay again !!
