Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. L' appartamento dista km 5 da Como, km 2 da Torno, km 40 da Milano, km 38 da Lugano. E' raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico : gli autobus C30 C31 C32 con partenza ogni ora circa dalla stazione ferroviaria Como San Giovanni , Como Lago Ferrovie Nord o da Piazza Matteotti in direzione Como- Bellagio, impiegano circa 8 min per raggiungere la fermata Blevio - Decorazioni Savio, distante 100 m circa dall' abitazione. Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. MI PERMETTO DI CONSIGLIARE VIVAMENTE LA PIU' PICCOLA ED ECONOMICA VETTURA PER MUOVERSI COMODAMENTE, POICHE' I TRASPORTI PUBBLICI ED I TAXI NON SONO CONFORTEVOLI NELLE NOTRE ZONE The apartment is 5 km from Como, 2 km from Torno, 40 km from Milan, 38 km from Lugano. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. "... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

The appartment has a really great terasse with e stunning view towards Stresa and the three islands. Further the kitchen is well equipped so it‘s easy to cook your own dinner & enjoy the view. Only point: In summer it gets really warm inside because there are no blindes on the windows. But for us it was okay, we just left the windows open during nights & enjoyed the view.

nous avons passé un excellent long week-end. Gabriella a été très accueillante et notre retard important dû au traffic n'a pas été un problème. la maison est propre et l'accès facile. bel emplacement pour visiter Laveno-Mombello et les îles du lac majeur.

We loved our stay here. The balcony was so peaceful to sit out at. Great location, right by the ferry to intra which you can use as a jumping point to the other islands (Isola Bella, Madre and Superiore) and Stresa. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Die Ferienwohnung von Cristina war wunderschön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Eine schöne Oase am Lago Maggiore.

Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

Cet appartement logé dans une magnifique propriété est splendide. Elle est situé face au lac dans une environnement verdoyant et fleuri. L’intérieur est cosy, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Le grand balcon est un vrai plus : nous avons pu y prendre nos repas tout en admirant la vue magnifique sur le lac. L’accès privé au lac est également un vrai privilège. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions notre hôte pour sa réactivité et ses précieux conseils.

This is a beautiful hidden gem in lake Maggiore! Spectacular panoramic views from balcony and room. Perfectly setup for romantic stays and cooking your own food or bbq outside at the balcony. Filippo was a great host! Very helpful and responsive. Pack lightly as it’s a 4 floor walk up. We will definitely love to stay again at Filippo’s place!
