Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. Everyone is very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

So attentive, good relax, feel like home for a real getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

Great place to stay, very private and spotless!

Claudio was proactive in communicating with me and my group. Claudio got in touch with me a day prior to check-in. Due to geography and local unorthodox address listing google maps had us a few blocks away from the residence. Claudio assisted us with finding the location. Note: if renting this place and using a ride share service ask Claudio for the exact address to use. We initially had issues with that as the residence address can sometimes can be confusing for drivers. Outside of that, the place is as advertised. No bad rooms in this house. Ample space for large groups, the larger bedrooms on the top floor that face the pool were excellent. The pool dimensions and depth are approximately 25ftx15ftx4ft. I would say it can comfortably fit 7-10 people and even more kids without feeling crowded. The home is situated within walking distance of several store/shops. You'll be amongst the locals which I personally like. I would recommend and would rent a this place again!

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Had an awesome stay near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya! The place was pretty clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, and even the building staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only small downside was that the gym equipment wasn’t working during our stay. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

We loved our stay at this beautiful accommodation in Wongamat, Pattaya. Everything was perfect: the apartment was beautiful, the pool incredible, and the whole place really nice to live in. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

In-person welcome Apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures. Very nicely furnished and equipped with very good WIFI, very calm. Beautiful complex with pool, gym and sauna.

Property and additional amenities, pool gym hot tub etc all excellent and as described. Would highly recommend and stay here again! Host always helpful and replied quickly.
