Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Genießen Sie die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Santner, Schlern und das Dorf Seis am Schlern! Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie Sonne tanken, Essen und entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Located in Seis, the holiday apartment Rosa Seis offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 65 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a garden with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 298m.

Ferienwohnung Alba am Rappersbühl

Ein nahezu energieautarkes Gehöft, gebaut aus dem Holz aus unseren Wäldern. Neues Design, das altes inhaliert. Lokales Handwerk und geliebte Möbelstücke. Lehm, der atmet. Holz, das altern darf. Draußen, in Terrassen gelegt, wachsen Gemüse und Getreide, Tiere grasen auf den Weiden. Neben den 5 Ferienwohnungen, steht den Gästen ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer alten Bauernstube, Tischen und Lounge-Möbeln zu Verfügung, außerdem eine Sauna und ein Holzgrill.

Masi Rosmarin

The holiday apartment "Masi Rosmarin" in San Nicolò (St. Nikolaus) is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A toaster is available upon request.

Biohof-Maurer mit guten Aussichten

Unser Bauernhof liegt auf 1175 m Meereshöhe, 15 Gehminuten oberhalb des Südtiroler Sonnendorfes Lajen. Wiesen und Wald umgeben unser Haus. Sie können wieder bewusst die Natur erleben, den Vogelstimmen lauschen und die saubere Luft atmen. Die artgerechte Tierhaltung zeichnet unseren Biohof aus. Im sonnenverwöhnten Dorf Lajen nur 500m von unserem Hof entfernt finden sie 2 Kirchen, 3 Gasthöfe, 1 Pizzeria, 2Geschäfte, 1Bäcker, 1Metzger, 1Apotheke, 1Bank.

Apt Julia - Haus Ivo

In the village of Santa Cristina, nestled among the stunning Dolomite mountains in Val Gardena (Gröden), Apartment Julia is situated in the holiday accommodation Haus Ivo close to the ski slopes and offers mountain views. Furnished with modern yet rustic decor, the elegant apartment on the ground floor consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

App Schlern Winklerhof

The 40m2 holiday apartment “Schlern Winklerhof” is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains. The cosy holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

Ferienhaus Gann - Greit

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Rotwandterhof Bienenstock" in Lengstein (Longostango) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Teutenhofer Kirsche

The vacation apartment "Teutenhofer Kirsche" is located on a historic farm in Feldthurns and offers a family atmosphere in the sunny Eisack Valley, at about 850 meters above sea level. The "Teutenhofer" farm is located in one of the most beautiful places of Feldthurns directly at the unique Velthurns Castle, where once the prince bishops of Brixen spent their summer.
