The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
