Idéale pour les amoureux de la nature qui n'auront que l'embarras du choix pour leurs activités de plein air notamment grâce à la proximité du barrage de Garabit-Granval, de la station de plein air du Lioran et des nombreux chemins sentiers de randonnée environnants.

Cottage with studio and great views

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Located in an old 19th century farm building with a stunning view of the valley, the house offers comfort and tranquility without any direct vis-à-vis. It opens onto a terrace with a garden lounge, BBQ and swing. The shared courtyard (2 730 sq ft) is equipped with outdoor games. The region offers many activities, such as swimming, water sports or climbing in Monistrol-d'Allier (3,7 mi), river swimming and canoeing in Prades, and markets and a water park in Le Puy (15,5 mi) and Saugues (12,4 mi)

Situé dans le parc naturel des Monts d’Ardèche, le gite est à 500m du chemin de Stevenson. Lieu privilégié des randonneurs, cyclistes, coureurs, ou simplement des vacanciers en quête de repos.
