Parking is possible on the land, not enclosed, or along the Gueneau street, which is not very busy. We cannot accept pets. The house is located in a quiet residential area to municipal facilities. It's very easy to park. 5 min walk to the city center. The wooded park is more than 3000 m2. It is therefore very practical for people with mobility problems. The living room is large and allows you to travel easily when you are numerous. According to the people who tested it we sleep well.

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
