The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Kitchen, beautiful living room, 2 bedrooms , shower room, separate toilet. Sparkling and neat decoration. Parking in closed communal courtyard. On site, shops, restaurants, leisure center and beach. You can radiate to the Morvan Regional Park, the sights of Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, the vineyards of Beaune or the Roman remains of Autun.

The Bel Air Cottage

Small fully renovated cottage located in Morvan Park, 5 min walk to downtown Saulieu (all shops), 5 min to Lake Chamboux, 30 min to Lake Settons. It consists of a bedroom (140 bed), an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed (2 people), 1 bathroom with shower, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed land. Baby equipment on request for an extra fee. Possibility of hosting riders with horses (1 ha fenced meadow)
