Monthly Rentals in Saunders Beach

Good location. Walking distance to the beaches and fish fry. Quiet at night but it’s safe. Clear self check-in instructions. The host Vaughn is helpful that we had early check-in and we could keep our bags there after check-out.

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

Stayed here for my mini vacation to Nassau and the place was clean and perfect. I will be booking again when I revisit, would recommend 10/10.

Great lil place just off the main road far enough to be quiet n close enough to be accessible. Less than ten min walk to beach pharmacy a cafe fast food (not my thing but fyi) great spot!!!
