Spacious villa of 147 sqm in a child-friendly residential area just outside Gothenburg. Large terrace and balcony with evening sun, fireplace for chilly evenings and plenty of room for the whole family. A stone's throw away is a family-friendly swimming area by a lake, golf course, one of the world's best Disc Golf courses and a square with all the amenities. If you prefer the sea to the lake, there are several nice swimming and crab fishing opportunities 25 minutes away. The city pulse in Gothenburg is only 15 minutes away by commuter train or 20 minutes by car.

Hot tub, sauna and sea bath - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with almost all the amenities you need. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. In summer, the cottage is included but a maximum of 8 people in total. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At the time, the island was called Trälen. You can see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

Frukostbricka kan erbjudas. Vi har 4 st cyklar att låna. Här finns närhet till Lycke golfklubb, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta med turridning för Islandshästar. Naturreservat, bad och fiske. Skärgården runt området är perfekt för att paddla kanot och kajak. Marstrand endast 15 min med bil och 35 min till Göteborg.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
