The apartment is located with Delsjön's nature reserve just around the corner, with swimming areas as well as hiking and biking trails. There are several cozy restaurants and smaller shops near the apartment, within walking distance. Ica Kvantum a few minutes away by car, about 2 km. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!
