Those who love to enjoy, silence and beautiful nature are in the right place. The building is divided into 2 residences separated by a hedge with enough privacy and space. Me and my girlfriend live in the other building but are often absent due to work and show all respect for your privacy

This 125 sq. metre (1,345 sq. ft.) home provides the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway, with breathtaking views of rolling hills, forests, and the historic Château de Duras. For smaller groups or added flexibility, a separate one-bedroom gîte is also available on the property.

They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
