This new apartment is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is located near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Swimming can be done in the lake and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails in the area, nice places and there are attractions. The winter sports resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

The perfect starting point for visiting the area! Ideally located in Savines-le-lac, 5 minutes from the 2 main beaches and shops, you will be 12 km from Réallon station and 12 km from Embrun. The apartment is nice and comfortable, equipped with new amenities. Single-story, with ample parking in front of the entrance. Beautiful garden overlooking mountains and forest. We provide a room with electricity to store your bikes, kayaks etc. Pets not allowed.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
