Hi , We are renting our 5 bedroom vacation home, completely renovated with its exceptional natural setting with its lake and mountain view on the waterfront, its private access to the lake and its 3700 m2 wooded plot. We have done our best not to alter this beautiful wooded plot so that guests can enjoy the tranquility of the place and the lake while remaining close to the center of Savines-le-Lac and its various tourist activities.

In the heart of a small mountain hamlet, in the Ubaye valley, near Lake Serre-Ponçon, independent mezzanine apartment, next to the owners' house, located 5 km from the village of Bréole with these shops: grocery store, bar-pizzeria, cheese factory, crafts, public swimming pool (summer), 15 km from the summer/winter ski resorts of St Jean Montclar and Chabanon. Come for a walk, hike and enjoy the beauty of our landscapes.

Nice cottage surrounded by mountains

The accommodation is in our main residence but is separated from it by a loggia, which makes it autonomous. It is located at an altitude of 1050 m and is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to Lake Serre Ponçon (10 min) and ski resorts including those of Réallon (20 min), Ancelle, Les Orres. Great choice of hiking and bike tours, various water sports, swimming at Lake Serre-Ponçon and high-altitude lakes.

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
