Cottage facilities The cottage has a kitchenette with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hot plate and an oven. Dishes and tableware are provided for six people. There is a sleeping alcove with a 110 cm wide bed. The space underneath the bed is convenient for storing luggage and other belongings. In the yard, there is a separate guest house with two additional sleeping places and a storage room. Please bring your own bed linen – bed linen is not provided. Guests are responsible for the final cleaning. There is additional storage space in a chest of drawers. The living room has a dining table with benches. The cottage has a fireplace (not a heat-storing fireplace). There is a spacious terrace with a fixed dining table. The terrace has direct access to the sauna. By the lake, there is a pier, a boat and a barbecue area. The yard consists of lawn and natural vegetation. Drinking water must be brought with you. Bottled drinking water is available at the shops in Sulkava. The neighbouring cottages also use lake water as drinking water. This is therefore possible, but at your own risk. Pets are welcome! Please note that, despite cleaning, dog hair may still be found inside the cottage. There is an outdoor dry toilet (outhouse) in the upper part of the yard, next to the woodshed. When you long for a complete escape from everyday life, here it will succeed and everyday things will take on a new meaning. The electricity-free cottage gives you the opportunity to be present here and now. A separate summer kitchen on top of the rock with amazing views is a point of pleasure. Gas stove and grill available. There's a bed for one in the barn. The sauna has a loft and a pull-out sofa bed. You also have access to a rowing boat and a paddle board. The hot tub heats up for a separate fee. There is a campfire place on the beach. There are a lot of stairs in this place, so please note when booking.

Kangassaari - the kingdom of peace

The views from the cottage on the shore of the large lake Iijärvi open up in every direction. The plot is land-forest based and the beaches are suddenly deepening. A large beach patio and a large jetty bring comfort to the beach and what could be better than jumping from the jetty into the lake in the summer heat while enjoying a sauna. The main building has a living room, kitchenette, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a large loft, a toilet with a shower cabin and a closet. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Rananiemi is a fully equipped cottage on a lake bank facing the south. The cottage, built in 2002, is surrounded by pine moor and rocks. The immediate surroundings of the cottage are partly lawn, partly undisturbed nature. The terrace and the combined kitchen/livingroom have a view to the slope declining towards the lake. The yard on the other side of the cottage is flat. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling or other water activities.

Rent offers 4 single-story cottages made of glued timber, located 30 meters from the shore of the huge picturesque lake Orivesi. Each house has 4 bedrooms, a sauna, a playground, and outdoor terraces. For an additional fee, we also offer detached bath houses on the beach, each with an area of 30 sq m. The bathhouse has a rest room, shower, steam room with a wood-burning stove, and an open terrace.

High-quality log villa in Enonkoski in a magnificent location on the shores of Lake Vetojärvi. In the main building downstairs there is a living room, sauna, toilet, shower.
