This property is peaceful, clean and cozy. It corresponded to the information provided about the property: The glazed balcony and the spacious river landscape visible from all windows crown the ensemble. For those traveling by car, a parking space is available at the same price. Life is made easier by S-market across the street. It is open Mon-Sat from 7 am to 10 pm, Sun from 9 am to 10 pm. The distance between the accommodation and the city center is short. Just cross the river along the Suvantos bridge and you are already at the market. If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking lot and move around carefree on foot without parking problems. Communication with the hosts went smoothly without any problems. This was a great place for our group. It was within walking distance to many places. The place was very clean and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Plus the views were incredible too. We loved it.

Central location. Just along the waterfront. All downtown services are within walking distance. A short walk to Olavinlinna Castle and the market. The apartment is clean and cozy. Parking spot was easy to find on the street. Small apartment building with the architecture of its time😍 The morning swim was successful on the shore of Lake Saimaa about 200m from the apartment. We'd love to come back.

We had a really nice stay! The accommodation was very cosy and clean. It was located near Olavinlinna and it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Linda was a great host. She gave clear instructions for everything. As a bonus she had left some snacks and drinks for us which was a pleasant surprise. :)

A kind, spacious house away from the hustle and bustle on the shore of the lake. 2 saunas (one in the house, one on the shore, but quite untidy). Luxurious view from the windows, good patio/terrace, large and well-maintained area nearby. A great place to connect with nature, about 10 km to the nearest supermarket. The disadvantages are - unacceptable tap water for drinking (only bring your own!), due to the high iron content, all plumbing looks extremely untidy. More than a meager BBQ area - 2 dirty chairs and a barbecue are very old, tiny and killed by life (there is also gas from the hosts, but without gas), and clearly brought by tourists. There are logs, but no axe. Nevertheless, the owners are very pleasant and friendly people, and if you take into account all the disadvantages and prepare for them in advance - you will have a great time. Cozy tidy house in a nice location, perfect for our group's weekend stay. The host responded to messages very quickly, and we thought the price/quality ratio was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can't say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was definitely the cute sauna house, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The private entrance to the lake was another fantastic feature, offering serene and beautiful views right at our doorstep and a memorable experience of swimming in the lake after the Sauna. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

The villa and the surroundings are very beautiful. We much enjoyed our stay in the villa and the peacefulness and beauty of the whole area. If you have a chance to stay in this place, don’t hesitate. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Great cottage in a great location. Great scenery, clean water, peaceful surroundings, and the lakeside sauna got the best steam you can imagine. The perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The photos don't do the place justice, is nicer in nature. There was plenty of space, no flaws in the equipment. The beach sauna is lovely and its own beach added to the reach of lounging, and the possibility of swimming in the summer heat was welcome. It was nice and cool to sleep in the heat, too.

We had a great time. My husband and I are traveling with our daughter (10 months old). We felt like at home from the beginning. It was nice to make a fire, grill, go to the sauna and swim in the lake. The house is very quiet and you have a great view from all rooms. The rooms upstairs weren't that big but there's an incredible amount of storage space. Communication with Katja was extremely good. We highly recommend this property.
