The home was even more beautiful than the photos. The host provided super helpful instructions, while not being too much. The water, which they put through an osmosis filter, was excellent. Would absolutely recommend!

This was a fabulous stay for our family of 5. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. The house was squeaky clean. We loved the back patio and the large backyard. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood in the evening. We would recommend this place a hundred times over. Our kids appreciated the games and toys.

A gem. The place was as listed and more. So clean and had everything you would need. Great location and quiet. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were really responsive and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, always enjoyed it! Family loves the house and proximity to the beach and shopping/restaurants, etc.

We had a chance meeting Frank and Pat and it was fantastic! The house was spotless, location was perfect, we are thankful that host welcomed us with our favorite brand chocolate a bottle of red wine and vanilla ice cream. Special appreciation should be given for hot tub, koi pond in lanai, putting green and nice fenced yard. Both of our huskies loved it. Outstanding host, always quick to respond, helpful with recommendations. We tend to go new places and visit new things but future stays here are anticipated.

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located with a lovely footpath to the beach. Clean, fresh, stylish, super comfortable, and high-quality throughout. The hosts are amazing. Hope it’s available next time I’m in Jacksonville!

Wyman was amazing. He was very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciate everything. The space was private and peace. That shower… amazing, gets very hot, I enjoyed it! lol would definitely stay there again.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family and the hosts where extremely kind and made themselves available throughout our entire stay.

We meet our best friends from Colorado in Florida every April for a weekend getaway. We absolutely loved staying at this condo at Jacksonville Beach! The view was spectacular! We had such a wonderful time at the beach—couldn’t have been more convenient. Staley was awesome—so helpful and full of great recommendations. We’ll definitely keep this one in mind for future trips!

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

This place was amazing. The beach views were stunning. No picture could capture it! The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and safe. Even though you’re in a complex, walls aren’t paper thin which creates more privacy for your family! Tiffany was very responsive and helpful - even informed us of local events. The place is as listed, fully stocked for pretty much every need, and super convenient for the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony or even the bed. We would love to rebook in the future!

Having a child with medical conditions we searched for a place close to the beach, the location was amazing and as close to the beach as you can get. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We will definitely revisit this location when we return to Jacksonville.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Emily's condo was perfect! Incredibly clean, in a perfect location, and perfect for a small family! It's a nice stroll to the beach, the pools are wonderful, and the surroundings are beautiful! The kitchen is will stocked, it had everything we needs to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Although we had a couple of hiccups Nicole responded promptly with the fixes needed. Our stay was very peaceful and restful exactly what we needed. We Will definitely keep this listing on our list.
