Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Attic apartment with a large panoramic arch window and terrace in a typical stone house. Our House "Solee Caterina - Tradizionecasa" in Madesimo is a third floor attic. The apartment disposes of 55m2 and is divided in two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room facade has a large arch window of 5x2,5m and a wooden terrace with a little table and chairs. The view is towards southwest, where you can see the beautiful San Sisto valley and Quadro peak.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), and comfortably accommodates 6 people. Modern appliances and free WIFI. We provide linen and towels (cost included in the cleaning fee). Private garage in the same building and condominium parking.

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

Suite 101 - Isola Madesimo

SUITE 101 is located inside the historic inn of Cardinello. Our guests will be able to enjoy an abundant breakfast at our restaurant (during the opening periods of the same). A sauna and e-bike rental are available upon request. In a few minutes walking you can reach the lake beach, a large children's play area and the bus station with the main connections (Chiavenna station, ski slopes)
