Ca' Letizia is located in Scaltenigo, in the municipality of Mirano (VE). The apartment is located in a semi-detached house, and consists of a private entrance, open-plan living and sitting area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is Wi-Fi, a smart TV, air conditioning (common areas), and a washing machine. Located in a quiet but strategic location, 3.5 km from a train station and the A4 highway, to reach the most beautiful cities of the Veneto region. It is recommended to reach us by car.

We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)
