This is one of the most thoughtfully stocked and put together air b&bs we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The only reason it got 4 stars in one catagory is that it is difficult to find, even with the hosts wonderful directions, because a car hit the street sign for the street the home is located on, and since there are several mailboxes and you cant see the street sign, I drove right by it at first thinking it was someone's driveway. Everything about this place is 5 star and we loved the activities, hiking, restaurant recommendations, and the peace and serentiy of the surroundings. Chanda was very easy to work with, solving the one little hiccup that occured quickly and competently. Highly recommend the Onyx Owl.

Elizabeth was very thoughtful in how she furnished and decorated the space. It had everything we needed for a mini 2-night getaway. Beautiful indoors and out, quiet and peaceful, games and solitude, we didn’t need to leave the guesthouse for anything. We would absolutely come again and hopefully for a longer visit!

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for our girls weekend. We enjoyed starting off the morning with coffee on the front porch before getting ready for the day's adventures. Around the area we enjoyed waterfall viewing (it's required to sing Waterfalls by TLC while driving from one waterfall to another), shopping, dining and drinks. We'd end the evenings having dinner at the house and watching a movie in the cozy living room. I would love to come back and stay here again. It was a great central location for our outings and Mary was a great host!

This is a beautiful, clean and well appointed residence set in the trees with incredible views. The space is very open with large windows out to phenomenal views of the mountain and a comfortable outdoor seating area. The home has everything that we needed and nothing else which was fantastic since there was no clutter. The linens were lovely and the entire aesthetic very clean. The driveway is a bit steep so definitely better to arrive in daylight is possible so you can get accustomed to that but once you get a good start at the bottom and stay consistent on the gas the existing is no issue. The host was helpful and responsive to all questions. Also Amazon delivers here in case you forgot anything. Finally, the area is great if you want peace and privacy with the options for restaurants, and activities within 20 mins drive up of down the main road. Hope to return! Thank you
