The architect designed beach house offers an expansive, light, open plan living space opening onto a large north facing deck. Two bedrooms with queen size beds overlook the secluded garden and adjoin a modern bathroom complete with bath. Facilities include: gourmet kitchen with complimentry pantry stocked with great supply of cooking goodies. Internet, TV, DVD, ipod dock, eclectic library of books films , music & magazines. Bedroom & bathroom linen, bathroom supplies. Original artwork and bespoke & collectable furniture. Art studio with materials to play with. Arthouse Bay of Fires is a place to rest, walk, swim, dream, write, draw, listen, sleep, love and rejuvinate. It is a 2 hour drive from Launceston airport and a 3 hr drive from Hobart airport. Our home is situated between the Bay of Fires and Freycinet, on the Great Ocean Drive, in the heart of the East Coast. A perfect base to explore all the wonderful sites the East Coast has to offer. Suitable for couples, families and friends, our open plan 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home, is finished with new Scandanavian inspired furniture. Contact us to fill any one night booking in between with added costs. Two night bookings are required, but we do release some one night bookings at a higher rate.

Bay View Shack: pizza oven / fire pit

Bay View sits above the road looking across George’s Bay. The shack is a sun filled space with two living areas. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outside has private views to the bay. An outdoor cabana, pizza oven, firepit and bbq area make an ideal space to enjoy an evening meal. The town is a short 5 minute drive, or a lovely 30 minute walk along the bay. Surf beaches, dive spots, MTB tracks and National Parks are all within close proximity.
