Hi, This is a house in the small rural village of my mother ancestors. It can get crowded with kids of returning residents on August. Exception for Augusts is more likely you'll only meet yews, foxes, porcupines, wild pigs, badgers, deer and some species of birds. Bears and wolves are autochtonous but really rare to meet. Activities spans only around nature. Mountain bike, Trekking (Several CAI paths cross the village), heremitage, wild-life sighting, work or romantic escapes.

Detached house in the heart of the Certosa / Pigneto district just a few minutes from center town by tram. The neighborhood is a small village, within the city, close to the nightlife of Pigneto. Pigneto is an emerging neighborhood (Airbnb has dedicated an entire guide) frequented by young artists. Ale's house welcomes all those who want get to know an authentic Rome, out of the usual tourist circuits.

This is a small house surrounded by the greenery of the Monti Lucretini National Park. In this park, you can take excursions that are very suitable for families and young people. There are 53 trails for over 230 km. A five-minute drive away you can reach the beautiful Lakes of Percile… you will also find a public panoramic swimming pool 2 minutes away (the cost is €10) after 7:00 p.m. aperitif time
