The cosy 2-bedroom villa is thoughtfully set up for guests seeking a calm, home-like space to recharge. Located just 900m from Scarborough Beach, 200m from Abbett Park and 150m from Scarboro Super Deli. The villa offers a bright interior, modern kitchen, and a spacious private outdoor area. Our 3 bedroom, open plan home in popular, safe Mosman Park has modern kitchen & garden courtyard & only 10 minutes walk to Sth Cottesloe beach, Marine Parade, large supermarket, shops, restaurants & 5 minute walk to Fremantle/Perth train. Our home, bedding & towels are cleaned with chemical-free products & we also supply these products for your use. We have cot, baby bath, high chair & fold out bed. Note✳️We do NOT permit parties, gatherings or noise after 10pm out of respect for our neighbours!
