Great place to stay with beautiful view and a great space outside for the kids to play

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. The house the comfortable and great space for the 4 of us. Andree was very friendly and knew if we needed anything we could get in touch. Thanks.

Expensive but worth every penny for our 4 generation trip. Rooms for exuberant kids and quiet rooms for 90+ years old great grand parents. Large sociable kitchen diner . Swim spa at 35c so great for the Californian kids.

Everything was perfect! The cottage is cosy and had all the amenities needed. It was clean and just a 30min walk in to Whitby. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great host and excellent communication both prior to and on arrival day. Couldn’t ask for any more from Victoria. House is stunning with an abundance of locations to visit around you. The Bay complex is kept really clean. Ability to use swimming pool / sauna / steam room is an added bonus but busy when I visited (but was half term week). Short walk to beach but steep hill to be mindful of for anyone with disabilities. Beach is stunning also. Lovely little Beach Cafe short drive away also with excellent food / views. You won’t be disappointed if booking this accommodation.

This was a great place for a family with a child. It really does feel like you’re staying at someone’s house and was a great base for visiting family and seeing the sights in Scarborough. It is very spacious and the main bedroom in particular is huge. The beds were comfy and it was easy to control the temperature of the property. Booking, check in and check out couldn’t have been any easier. Would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Very comfortable accommodation with top quality furnishings and equipment. Stay here and spoil yourself with a little bit of luxury. Plenty of room, great views and easy access to all the attractions in this beautiful area. Hosts are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. We had a wonderful time.

We had a lovely weekend at Jo's place. The location is perfect, walkable to the seafront, the castle and the town and the view from the top bedroom in particular was fabulous. The house is very well laid out and immaculate. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and also for socialising whilst eating. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. Jo had thought of every detail and the welcome pack was a real treat. Thank you Jo, I don't think this could have been any better.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at The Barn. The property was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The garden as well as the house was spacious and both felt very private and tastefully appointed and allowed us a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring this part of North Yorkshire where there is so much to see and do.

This is a beautifully renovated cottage in a charming village away from the hustle and bustle of Bridlington. A very short walk to the cliff top walkway which has great views along the coast. The cottage was spotless and the lovely big bath was a highlight. Much appreciated the milk, buscuits and condiments provided for cooking too. There is a garage which I did manage to squeeze my car into but otherwise there is parking nearby. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay in a lovely area. Very comfortable with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful little extras. John and Tricia were friendly and helpful hosts with lots of useful local recommendations. We loved meeting all the animals too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely clean property , well equipped, good bathroom and shower. Fresh bedding and towels. Good wifi access and lots of info about Scarborough available. We had a great weekend attending a family celebration. The only thing to bear in mind is that there are two lots of steps up into the property and the roads around are very steep for anyone with mobility issues. The views over Scarborough and the castle are lovely.

Emma has the most beautiful property and honestly it is a gem of a location - feels really private and safe and in the most lovely green surroundings. We had a lovely thank you card on arrival some very kind gestures to welcome us which were very much appreciated. The communication with Emma was fabulous and she went out of her way to make us happy and accommodate our requests! We will absolutely be back! Such a beautiful place to stay in Scarborough, close to every place we wanted to visit too. The home itself was lovely and had everything we needed and more. I'd definitely stay there again. Also, the nice touch of milk in the fridge and biscuits was so thoughtful.

This was an amazing house in the heart of medieval York. Not only that, but the house itself is 700+ years old and you can feel it's character through the amazing renovation that has been done! The Minster is visible from the windows of the property, so you know that the views are just breathtaking. There are plenty of amazing shops, cafes, restaurants, and other businesses in walking distance, while the world-famous Shambles street and market is 5 minutes away. Can't recommend this more.

We had a great stay at Smiley Filey. Great location, clean & tidy, and had everything we needed. Was also pleasantly surprised to find a smart tv (info said there wasn’t one) which was great as it meant our little one could watch their favourite programs. Messaged Oliver the host a few times with some questions before and once during (about where to find something in the apartment) and he replied quickly and helpfully. Would definitely be open to staying here again if we have another Filey holiday! Thanks for having us x

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

Absolutely amazing views of Whitby from lounge and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Had everything you could possibly want and was spotlessly clean.Perfect!

Myself, my husband and my two kids stayed at Katie's for the weekend. The house was absolutely spotless, spacious and in a great location, close to all the amenities and attractions Scarborough has to offer. Katie was very responsive to messages and any questions. We didn't get to do everything we wanted to do in Scarborough in one weekend, so we're planning a return visit in the near future and we'll definitely book with Katie again. Thanks for having us! Sharon was a great host and was in touch with us both before and during our trip. There was off road parking available and the use of an electric car charger was a real bonus. The property was very clean, tidy and set in a lovely well kept garden. We did two really nice walks following a Nth York’s Moor Railway trail, and a track to Thornton Le Dale and back. The property is within a 5 minute walk of the centre of Pickering where there are lots of nice pubs and restaurants.
