Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright and distinctive little apartment overlooking "La Piazzetta" in the Historic Center. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on a loft, and it also has a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen (which is well-equipped). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or large people, the access staircase to the loft is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are heat-absorbing. Climate control. Heating.
