Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

A bright living-dining area with open kitchen and access to the bedroom (DB 1.60 x 2m) and bathroom, another bedroom upstairs with two beds (90cm x2m) and an extra bed (80cm x2m) provide feel-good for max. 5 people. Bedding and towels are included.

The apartment is located together with our "grooten Stuv" (for 4 people) in a former farmhouse, which is an oasis of tranquility with its large garden. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.
