Haustiere sind ebenfalls in einigen Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen. Achtung: Die Wohnungen A + B unterscheiden sich nicht von der Ausstattung oder vom Stil. Lediglich der Blick nach draußen kann minimal abweichen.

Das Penthouse bietet allen Komfort, den man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Klimaanlage bietet die Möglichkeit, der Hitze einen Moment zu entfliegen und der Kamin liefert wohlige Wärme an regnerischen Tagen Kinderbett, Hochstuhl oder Rausfallschutz stellen wir gerne auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
