The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa corner (sofa bed) with a large color TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Der große Balkon (24qm) mit Süd-West-Lage hat ab mittags bis zum Abend Sonne und lädt zum Sonnenbaden oder einem gemütlichen Frühstück oder Abendessen ein. En privater Stellplatz für das Auto ist im Preis enthalten. Die Nutzung des Tennisplatzes ist kostenfrei, das Schwimmbad ist gegen geringe Gebühr nutzbar.

Freundliche Ferienwohnung mit Sonnenterrasse in der Nähe vom Ostseestrand - ideal für 2 Personen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hanggeschoss Wohnhauses (separater Eingang) in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Pelzerhaken. Badestrand, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 300 m). Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie eine Süd-Terrasse.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Romantic quiet apartment

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area.
