En privater Stellplatz für das Auto ist im Preis enthalten. Die Nutzung des Tennisplatzes ist kostenfrei, das Schwimmbad ist gegen geringe Gebühr nutzbar.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hanggeschoss Wohnhauses (separater Eingang) in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Pelzerhaken. Badestrand, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 300 m). Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie eine Süd-Terrasse.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
