Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink.
